He is the most decadent man of all Prague. With him, she discovers love and passion for the first time… Even after she learns that he is cheating on her, she insists on preserving their love affair. Meanwhile, the Nationalists push the Austrians out and Werner must follow his troops to war. She decides to use her money and her influence to enable Werner to stay among the wounded soldiers. When she realizes that he has used her for her money, she decides to denounce him. Some time later, Werner is executed…
